I was wondering if anyone has drilled and installed their own gooseneck hitch? If so, did you spray the exposed aluminum with any corrosion protection at all?

A few members have on here, but do not recall them mentioning spraying it with a coating.
You could brush on some aviation Zinc Chromate if you were concerned.
