Fuse Location for Center Console 12v

I tried tracing out the fuses but can't seem to find any blown. Looked in the manual, and any that seem associated with it seemed fine.

My 12v outlet inside my center console arm rest doesn't seem to work, does anyone happen to know the exact fuse number/location for it?

Ford lists the following locations for "power point"
Underhood BJB, fuse # 1, 2, 31, 35, 36, all 5 are 20a fuses
