I have a Ford factory hitch off of my 2022 F350 tremor. It was removed and replaced with a TorkLift SuperHitch to allow me to tow using an extension truss when the truck had ~1500 miles (new).

Local deal only - not interested in trying to package and ship this hitch.

$100 seem fair?
