First time camper purchase - Thoughts on Brinkley?

That’s great to hear. In a perfect world I would love a fifth wheel toy hauler so I can tow my side by side. However they are closer to $200k. I’d like to keep my bed space available for hunting trips so that’s the main reason I haven’t jumped on the fifth wheel action.
The 200k is my deal breaker...

Alliance Valors All Access look pretty decent for tow haulers under $100k. I have a Grand Design Momentum currently and I like everything about it except towing it.

I agree with the Alliance Valor - All Access toy haulers. Very nice if you want a toy hauler - close to 100k…nowhere near $200k (at least not the ones I was looking at). I was looking to convert the garage to an office but I hear the pin weight is up there if the garage doesn’t have something heavy to offset pin weight.

I’m now considering the Brinkley 3210 @ 35’ and adding an office under the bunks in the back. Looking at the 3510 too but not sure the extra 6’ are worth the cons that accompany a 41-footer.

Which is funny because I was worried about not enough pin weight. 😬

The 35A14 is the one i’m eyeing. About 3klb stock so hopefully close to that loaded with side by side and gear up front.

You are correct about being worried about the lack of rear weight ons some.

My Grand Design maxes out my scale empty, around 2300-2500 lb (tongue) and about 1,600 lb loaded including several hundred pounds of gym weights mounted on the tongue. It just doesn’t like wind even like that.

Have the 30’ been fifth wheels or tow behinds?
Bumper pull. I looked at shorter 5th wheels but never found anything we really liked and at the time we also had two atvs that we could haul on my truck bed with my diamondback bed cover.

Those actually look great. Never heard of them before. Will take a deeper look.

Gemini sent me that way after the last white knuckle trip. I don’t like the Grand Design 350G due to the small grey tank. You can get a lot fancier Forest River Nighthawk for the same price but you still have a Forest River.

we looked at a 40A14 local and it was very nice, also a Brinkley and a Nighthawk. I was impressed. The V model is super nice but heavy and expensive where as the A is a decent trim (auto level, Furrion Chills, etc ) for under $100k and a couple thousand pounds.
