Anyone ever do their own ceramic coating and if so, what did you use? Thinking of trying the kit from Cerakote

I did my own on a month-old truck. Took about 3 days to do it properly but it came out fantastic. I used DIY Detail 8/3 year stack. Did a LOT of research before hand. I used to polish and wax my cars back in the 90’s but technology and science has brought this industry a LONG way. If you’re not a detail oriented person, best to leave it to the pros. Also changed my old wash routine completely.
