I was driving through a Walgreens parking lot and spotted this beauty. I circled around a second time for this pic. There is a lot to take in for this Toyota Echo Import Racing type R. Notice the dual exhaust pipes sticking out of the front of the doors. I wonder how they open the doors when routing the exhaust through them? In case there is an exhaust leak in the cabin, there are faux vents along the back edge of the roofline. And finally, move over Chevy, Toyota is now the heartbeat of America.

Looks like he has an homage or three to Paul Walker.

An episode of “Fast and Furious” must be like porn to him.

Gary’s white Jeep Renegade spent 99% of its life crawling the Target parking lot. But Gary had a vision: he wanted to look like a rugged overlander, even if his actual destination was just the suburban community pool.
He started with the ditch lights. His wife asked why he needed tactical illumination for Elm Street. "For maximum visibility in dense brush," Gary replied solemnly. In reality, the closest he ever came to "dense brush" was the overgrown boxwood hedge by his mailbox, but the high-powered LED beams did make finding dropped house keys in the driveway incredibly efficient.
Then came the centerpiece: a heavy-duty front bumper winch capable of pulling a multi-ton truck out of a deep mud bog. It sat pristine and untested for two years—until the fateful Great Starbucks Incident.
A sedan in the drive-thru lane misjudged a turn and slid its front tire straight into a deeply muddy, newly mulched landscape divider. The car was stuck, blocking the entire line from getting their morning caffeine fix. Horns were honking. The crowd was growing restless.
Gary knew this was his moment. He flipped on his ditch lights—instantly blinding three people on the patio—and jumped out. "Step back, everyone! I've got a recovery rig!"
He hooked the cable to the sedan, hopped back into his subcompact SUV, and engaged the motor. With a mechanical whine, the Renegade stood its ground, slowly winching the car out of the mulch to a chorus of bewildered but grateful cheers.
Did Gary need off-road gear to survive the suburbs? Absolutely not. But as he rolled away sipping his caramel macchiato, he knew he was a neighborhood hero.

Wait to go Gary, way to go.
