Anybody put a 2" front hitch on their Tremor?

Now you all have me thinking of getting one of these. I have been struggling with the size of truck camper to get because I wanted to still be able to mount my CT90 on a hitch carrier. But if I could move the 90 up front that might open me up to a larger camper (Scout Kenai vs Olympic)

I still have my old hitch mount for my old CT-90's and 110. They come in very useful. Even the Curt hitch, which is lower than the one inside the bumber, is pretty high off the ground. My Tremor has a 2" level in the front and the damn hood is eye level. The front Curt hitch would still be well off the ground, in fact, on non Tremors the larger valnce has to be trimmed a bit for the hitch. So, I doubt it would hit on anything.

Anyone install the EcoHitch x7921?
I'm seeing mixed reviews on whether or not the bumper needs to be removed to install it...

Looks very similar to the 20-22 model. So...
Yes, you probably need to take the bumper off.
Taking the bumper off isn't difficult. It's a just a bit awkward. A second person helps.
With the bumper off, the hitch install is very easy.

You might be able to do it without removing the bumper, but it would be really difficult.
I'll take 2 easy steps over 1 really difficult step, every day of the week.
Also less chance of something going wrong or damaging something.

I’ve got one from Torqlift just sitting in my garage… i really should get around to installing it. I love the idea of a front hitch to carry an E-bike or something. Maybe a good rainy day project.

Finally got my Curt Hitch installed yesterday. Was very easy. Put it on a floor jack and it lifts right into place. Use the bolt fishing wires was easy, actually they're pretty amazing. 6 bolts total, all already there and waiting. Only need to fish 2 of the 6. I also installed the Castor shims and a PMF Dual stabilizer with Bilstiens..... driving it today for the first time. The Castor shims....a full story there.
