Has anyone added rear heated seats using factory parts?
I looked in the console and didn’t see extra wiring for switches.
Seems like it wouldn’t be to hard,
1. Switches
2. Console price with provisions for switches
3. Wiring
4. Heating elements for rear seats

Am I missing anything?

Hi all, new member here. Just purchased a lariat tremor a few weeks ago. Have the ultimate package, but missed out on the rear heated seats (was lucky to find something with 95% of the options I wanted!). I see members in the f150 forum doing this and it seems many of the wiring may already be done for us with a few hundred dollars in parts needed for the switches, harnesses and heating pads. Wanted to bump this thread to see if anyone in the super duty world has given this a shot?

Swapping shouldn't be difficult, especially w access to Forscan. If it's anything like FoMoCo era Volvos, the wiring is all there. I had the booster seat option in my '09 XC70 and to swap it for the heated option I needed the seat w elements, switches, the module for each side, and the back half of the front center console that the switches mount into. Never got it activated tho. Neither of the two Volvo dealers here would do it and Vida is not as accessible as Forscan.
