A big shout out to Bak Industries

I recently noticed the rubber across the last panel of my MX4 Bak flip cover (closest to the tailgate) was starting to split across the panel (underside). I contacted customer service inquiring if it was still under warranty and if it would be possible to have the last panel replaced. I'm less than 2 months away from the 5 year warranty expiring. To my surprise they replied back informing me the MX4 cover has been redesigned and they will be shipping a new replacement which will come with a new cover, rails and hardware. I love when a company stands behind their products.

BAK is fantastic! Had an issue about 4 years ago with a X4S cover on a Chevy. Great cover but issues with it after about a year or so nonetheless. Called them up and was told they will be shipping a brand new unit which was redesigned and to drill holes in the old cover and send photos to confirm it was "destroyed". I now have the BAK MX4 Gen 3 on my Tremor that I bought about 4-5 months ago and love it!

They sent me new latch that broke because I was offroading with a 37” spare in the bed that bounced up and broke it lol. Awesome company.
