2029 8.0L PSD thread

I was of a similar mindset but seeing as they dropped the non-HO I’m thinking the red letters are the way to go.

For some reason when I think of an 8 liter I think of it paired with like an Allison push button.

My plans are to buy a used '26 in 2 years. Im hoping I can find one without the HO in it. I like drivetrains with a proven history.

The HO and SO engines are the same, the SO is not the 20-22 6.7 leftover. In 2023 the 6.7 underwent a lot of internal changes as well as emissions. The HO has stainless manifolds, water cooled turbo and a different tune, that’s is from the SO.
