Same here. No new info from Ford. When I go to order status on Ford.com, and input my order # and VIN, I get the following response:
"Can't find your order number? [contact-customer-serivce]"

Not saying this is accurate but AI responded to my question with the below.

I'm in the same boat (F250 with build date slated week of 8/17), I chatted with a live agent on Ford.com and was told "Your vehicle status is Sent to Plant The order has been submitted to an assembly plant."
I asked if the live agent knew when the order tracker might be back up, and was told "I’m sorry, but we don’t have a confirmed timeframe for when the Order Tracker will be available again. We recommend checking back periodically, as updates are made as soon as the system is restored."
I also asked about the window sticker: Regarding the window sticker, it typically becomes available closer to production or once the vehicle has been scheduled and the sticker has been generated. If it isn’t showing yet, it may simply not be available in the system at this time.

My build week is 31 August. Since the Ford online order checking tool is offline, I asked the Ford chatbot for my order status. I ended up chatting with a human (at least I think so) and they said I have a 02 September production day. 
Same build week! Can’t wait.

So I (also) reached out via chat and after getting a live person, was informed and "congratulated" that my truck "had entered the build phase." I then asked if I could get my window sticker emailed but was told that it wasn't available yet - and to check the link in a few days. Basically zero help
What does it mean when the dealer receives the invoice?

Welcome. Tremor or not, you can get some top notch advice, as well as a bunch of entertainment and fellowship here. This has been a great relief from the purse swingers elsewhere. Nothing but super duty love here.

I was informed that my truck is "In Production" and also "Sent to Plant." But, the agent couldn't explain the difference, if any, between those two terms. I would've assumed that ''Sent to Plant'' comes before "In Production" but agent said the opposite.
Agent also said couldn't disclose which assembly plant "due to safety reasons to our customers"
Anyway, sounds like there is progress, despite the cryptic communications!
