Agreed, the blacked out trend is fading for me. To be honest, I wish they offered a silver/polished option for the Tremor wheels but I'm sure the take rate wouldn't justify it.

I want to take a minute and tell all my fellow Tremor friends on here. If you’re looking for a small dealer in Illinois or Midwest to order a truck from . You need to call Laura at Al Cioni Ford ,

she helped me get a Tremor ASAP and took care of me on price and stood behind a rebate that I turned in at time of order even when Ford wouldn’t. I’m not getting anything for doing this I’m just trying to help my fellow Tremor friends to have the best buying experience possible.

Dumb question--- how are all of you seeing these updates on the Ford site and the FordPass app? I ordered my 2024 back in July, received an e-mail wiht an order confirmation and number and that is it. I have the FordPass app already with my F150 and an account on the Ford.com site. Neither the site nor the app show anything to do with my 2024 order.

If you have not received a VIN number, call the Ford Tech Support site. I learned my VIN number by calling as I never got an email with the VIN.

Once you have a VIN, you will be able to go onto Ford site to check status. You will also be able to activate the Ford Pass.

You can add your VIN in ford pass, but you want see much until someone hits ‘Activate’ inside the vehicle. The only thing you can see without activation is whether the vehicle’s connectivity is active or not. It will become active when the build is complete, or at least nearing completion.

Ah ha! So nothing comes alive until a VIN has been generated.... got it!
My last e-mail from them was early September and the "we promise to update you at least every 45 days" has long since passed the 45 days... go figure.

I have the same issue on My Ford Pass, my Truck is on a train but the My Ford Pass tells me nothing? The App shows my truck, but not information at all, It just says waiting activation?

Status Update...and interesting location updates on Ford Pass.
...
However, my Ford Pass updated it's location and the truck is now in Columbia, SC (about 90 minutes from my home in Greenville). So, for those of you trying to track your truck via dealer/rail yards, etc....check your Ford Pass App.

I'm assuming the reason the app updated it's location is someone had to turn on the truck to take if off either the rail car or whatever it was being carried on? I noticed my miles driven odometer update from 11 miles to 15 miles.

Like other have asked, how is your Ford Pass app updating if the it's not been paired with the vehicle? When I click "Activate Vehicle", it says Feature Unavailable and I assume one needs to be in the pickup to activate. My truck is on a train so I know it's been started. Just now, I added the VIN to Ford Pass. There is no location info, odometer info, etc. I assume that won't be available until I pair the apps with the pickup in person. Or is it because I didn't have the VIN added to Ford Pass sooner and perhaps with the next engine start (unloading from the train at the rail yard), there will be some data uploaded to the app since now I have that VIN in the app? Thanks.

Nothing will happen in Ford Pass until someone pushes Activate Ford Pass from inside your vehicle. Usually this is done at the dealer by your salesperson as part of the delivery process.

That's what I thought, so was confused why @Rhymer_Family-Travels was seeing location and odometer reading for his truck that was still in transit. Maybe a fluke that someone poked the Activate button on his truck?

Someone must have pushed his activation through if that is the case. Of all the trucks I have ordered, have never had that happen, but I also don't check nonstop. My truck will be here when it gets here.

Ordered 7/21
Built 11/14
Shipped 11/15
Arrived at nearest Montana railyard 11/28

Dealer just called with that last update. They will install winch then have spray-in bedliner done locally. Said it will be ready for pickup in about a week (12/5). I won't be available to pick up until 12/11. Blah on the timing! Ha. So, I'll have the clear bra installed while I'm away so that is done by the time I pick it up. I've had this clear bra installer do other vehicles and he'll run over to the dealership and pick up my truck and do it so one less thing to do after I pick it up. Truck is going to have 70+ miles on it before I even take delivery (bedliner place is one town over so 30 miles one way). Ah well.

Yes, not sure HOW it happened, but Ford Pass came alive and I see the following screens, among others....and this also includes the location I was speaking of.
