2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

It showed “In Production” early but didn’t have a date. According to what I’ve heard on here and other forums, that means the order had been sent to the factory. From what I understand is it takes about 16 hours to assemble the truck. With that in mind, I assume they started actual assembly around the 23rd, which is within the build week I was given.
What is your blend number?

What is your blend number?
Where do I find a blend number or blend date on Window sticker? I see "KTP-001279" in the upper left and 001279 in several other places. I see "18346" along the top. Then 021390 and 132/751. Are any of those a blend number, and if so how do they decode into a blend date?

My truck was scheduled for week of 1-22-24 and changed to in production on 1-18-24

I was just asking myself the same question

The blend number(also called rotation number) is a sequencing used at for plants. Starts with 0001 and goes to 9999 at most plants. I’ve never seen a 5 digit blend number, but KTP is pushing more units out than any ford plant I’ve been around.

Is the number related to the units built per week?

Here is a YouTube video that explains it pretty well. The blend date is the date that the body meets the chassis. It is not the number highlighted in the posts above but it should appear on window sticker.

Yes the window sticker for superduty trucks is different. I might be wrong about the location on the superduty window sticker. The blend number might be the 9th-6th digits to the left of what I circled. I send a message to a guy at KTP to verify.

Should I be happy or sad that it is traveling by convoy? No one ever said which is faster…Kentucky to Arizona…

This convoy may just upset me…just sayin…

How realistic is this scenario from the photo? Is the SD too far in the front of the trailer? I am tempted to say the F150 must also have cargo in the bed to hang that far down?

So this is literally the first time I am hearing about a blend number…what does it mean and why do I care?
What I would really like is a blend date which is apparently the date all of the main parts come together. In past years a 9 digit blend number was explained where the last 4 digits were the month and day of the blend. I can't find anything like that on my window sticker. If it is where HBTFD says it is, mine is 18346. I don't see how to convert that to a date in January. Hopefully HBTFD can find out from his friend how to figure out a blend date. I have attached a screen shot of the top of my sticker for reference.
