Technical Service Bulletin · TSB 26-2092
This is a Technical Service Bulletin, not a recall. A TSB tells dealers how to diagnose and repair a specific symptom when a truck comes in with it. It doesn't mean every truck listed has the problem, and it doesn't by itself make the repair free -- coverage depends on your warranty and the dealer's diagnosis.
Published: Mar 9, 2026
Applies to: F-250, F-350 (2023–2025 model years)
Also listed in the source (outside this forum's coverage): Bronco Sport 2021–2026, Edge 2019–2024, Escape 2020–2026, F-150 2021–2025, F-450 SD 2023–2025, F-550 SD 2023–2025, Maverick 2022–2026

Summary (official text)
This article supersedes TSB 25-2466 to add Bronco Sport, Escape, Maverick and Corsair, as well as removing Expedition and Navigator. One time use parts for Corsair and Bronco Sport were also added to the parts list. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit a headliner rattle or sagging condition around the roof opening panel. This may be due to the adhesive separating from the headliner substrate.
