RIP Silver Spruce  I hope my 2020 order goes thru...

Dang they got rid of this:

● Deleted — Windshield Wiper De-icer

Why you think they got rid of it? Did it not work well?

Heated steering wheel is still there, but now it's says with rain sensing wipers instead of wiper de-icer (code is still 60W). Rain sensing was included as part of this option code before, too, I thought

The heated steering wheel is what I'm after anyway, so I guess I'm still okay if I have to switch to a 2021. What did the "de-icer" part of it do, anyway? Anyone know?

... looks like they deleted the center armrest storage, assuming that is the jump seat armrest...

It looks like the "Cloth, 40/20/40 split bench, 20% center locking under-seat storage, w/center armrest, cupholder and storage" is still standard on the XLT from page 9, and "Leather, 40/20/40 Split Bench" is still on page 20 as an option.

I'm not sure what was deleted. Maybe something on the console version?

It appears the Lariat Black appearance package is just the Sport package renamed from the description. Be curious to see pictures of it. I wonder what function was dropped for the 8 way power passenger seat?
If they are getting rid of the armrest storage in the 40/20/40 seat then I am really glad I pulled the trigger on my 2020.

The De-Icer portion was heat that applied to the wiper blades to prevent ice build up on the blades.

Tried to order a 21 from my dealer today. No go. He got things entered, but then the system wouldn’t take it. So I guess we‘re still waiting.

The deicer works well to, hopefully still included just changed the description. I know it took a minute to figure out that was the option I needed to include the heated steering wheel which is great also. Rain sensing wipers I turned off the first time it rained. 2 drops of water and they cycled. Very annoying, at least IMHO.

I like the wiper de-icer idea, but have not been able to test it yet in Texas, so that is only a "maybe it's a bad loss", but I love the idea of the bed step if that is what I think it is. It is still on my to-do list to add aftermarket. That could be a great addition.
