No. I also have a 2022 optioned almost identical and no difference.
What I know is someone at a Canadian municipality got cute and ordered something g they shouldn’t and had to sell it almost on delivery.
A dealership in MI purchased it and the owner of the dealer drive it for a couple of months as his personal ride before I purchased.

Something else to be aware of is interior colors may differ. This was the case with my old F-150. It was a Canadian truck I brought down to the states with me. Turns out the interior color was only offered in Canada and Ford US didn’t stock parts in that color. Whenever I needed interior parts I needed to get them from a Canadian dealership.

Old truck was a 2009 so things could easily be different now, but something to confirm.

I had a different experience with my 2021. The Big numbers on the speedometer are !_MPH_! No difference in interior. All they did on my 2022 ordered and delivered I’m CO was they put in a bigger display and wireless car play. Interior styled the same.

Not true. The big numbers are in MPH and small in Kph. clearly indicated in the pictures above.
my truck was built for canada. my speedo is the same.

the only things I have noticed different are the the MPH goes up to 120, only 100 in the states. and the parking lights are programmed to come on with the DRLs (easily changed with Forscan)

Interesting. In that case I assume the gauge was switched to mph primary at some point.

Don’t think I’ve ever heard of a vehicle manufactured for and sold in Canada coming with mph primary. Don’t even know if that’s legal for new vehicles.
