My driverside LED low beam is out on my 21 King Ranch. Looks like you cant replace just the "bulb" and have to buy a whole new light for $1300??? And you have to take out the grill, upper valance, and inner wheel well guard. Is this correct.......Man I hate new trucks!

You might also have to have Ford code the new one to your VIN 🙄
Not sure about Ford, but other manufacturers are like that.

I don't think that's the case, here.

OP - are the ballasts replaceable? I think they are, it may just be the control module/ballast.

Be glad Ford doesn't offer KR with the blackout...BO LED headlight installed at the dealer $2800.
Didnt even get a kiss...smh
I am 5k in for new headlight and taillight so far.

That’s good news. A friends Ram headlight had to be replaced thanks to a pipe fitting that fell off a truck. You have to get the dealer to pair the serial number to the truck for it to work. Ridiculous.

I've thought about the day I might have to deal with this. I think I'd likely grab a trim level lower and just run LED bulbs. The auto adjusting beam and stuff is probably a nightmare to replace.
