2018 4x4 not working

I have a 2018 powerstoke 250 and I have recently found out that my 4 wheel drive has quit working , when I got to neutral and use the shift knob to select 4 high or 4 low it says shifting in progress then acts like it’s in 4 wheel drive but the front tires never pull , so I get out and try to manually lock the hubs and still nothing ! This is the first time it’s done this and I’ve tried multiple times to get it to work I’ve pulled forward and went in reverse and nothing happens I can tell the transfer case goes into 4x4 low but the way it gears everything down just no power to the front wheels at all so if any you guys have had this problem or know what may be wrong please let me know thanks
