Hey all, trying to work out if my truck is being weird or if this is the factory behavior.

My 12V power point outlets (cigarette lighter ones) are losing power immediately upon the truck being turned off. There is no delay between ignition shut-off and losing power.

Does your truck do the same thing? Or is there a delay?

FWIW I checked the "Power Point Timeout, s" setting in the BdyCm module using ForScan (I've never touched the setting before) and it's set to 4500s, or 1h 15m.

My power point on the dash of my 2022 stays on for about an hour bf timing out. I think the one on the back of the console shuts off immediately, but not sure about this.

Oh interesting. I'm looking at the one on the back of the console. Bit baffling if they're different, but good to know they might be.

(Unfortunately I can't validate the one on the dash as I may have messed it up a previous time and it has no power at all right now.)

Did you ever find out what the issue was? My power outlets are timing out immediately front and rear too and cannot for the life of me figure out why mine time’s out and other’s stay on for 1hr+

Anyone else have this issue going on? I have the dometic console fridge (which used to stay on when the vehicle was turned off) and it no longer has power when the vehicle is off. I'm wondering if an OTA update did this?

OTA update would definitely do it.
