yep, i agree. It seems my sales guy was not quite right on the meaning of priority codes. We'll see what happens, but i was pleased with the dates I was given. Ordered on 1/18, on 1/23 I was given a VIN and build week of 2/22. Already planning our first trips.

i was given a priority 20 by my dealer, when i asked what that meant he said that was for an ordered truck for a customer. He said that order code is a higher priority than a truck that was ordered by the dealer to sell off the lot.

just to add to this topic, TFL talkin trucks podcast did an interview with a guy that does the crash testing of vehicles, for the insurance companies I think it was. It went into some degree of detail about these issues with a focus on trucks.
