Well it arrived today - sort of bitter sweet. I just don’t think it’s that much better than my current 22. I know if I walk the dealer will just put a $10k mark up tomorrow and sell it in a day. But I also know it’s about $10k more then my 22 and they will say the used car market is lent very good right now. Probably either wait till next summer and order a 25 and maybe they will have a few more features that separate it from my 22. But just wanted wanted to post the picks of the two tone.

It's a beauty. I have always had KR's in the past, I love their interiors and the fact that I hunt and guide on the KR from time to time is even more personal. That said, I hate that the KR's now have the Platinum style chrome tailgate insert, I think it's crappy that they don't get the top tier headlights/tail lights and if I were to order one I'd prefer to forgo the Caribou bottom/tow-tone and stick to a single color. Do they still offer that option on the KR's or do they force you into the two-tone?

If the OP is passing on it then someone here looking should scoop it up.

Have you made a decision?

Not yet. I’ll go tomorrow and see what the deal is. If it’s anywhere close to what I’m paying now I’ll do it. If it’s way off I’ll pass and order in a year
I like the two tone... But I get what your saying since you already have a '22 it would be tough to make the move.

I have a '22 MY KR (monotone color) and although I see some improvements/changes in the interior (nothing to envy of the '22 MY), the '23 just doesn't impress me.

You put a '22 KR next to a '23 KR, the '22 blows it out of the water!

It simply looks unfinished to me, those bedsteps still look cheesy, the front is an embarrassment, the wheels are from a special edition cereal box with nothing special to them -- no fender flares? That is what finished off the body design with a prestine accent!

I also would want nothing to do with that instrumental cluster of a mess.

I would stick to the '22 MY all day, any day.

We are suppose to get some bad weather tomorrow. If so I just might go up there and take a few pics side by side

You can only get monotone if you select the chrome package.

Two tone KR's are my truck of choice, but other than the HO engine, I'm not seeing anything that would drag me out of my 2022.

My overall impression is that they must have hired a designer from GM and turned them loose. Between the side steps, interior and grille it looks a lot more GMish to me than the previous generation.

To call the new interior GM-like is an insult to Ford, GM interiors are boring trash in comparison to Ford and RAM. The new '23+ interior blows the doors off of the 2017-22 interior.
