X plan pricing?

Curious. Built a loaded tremor lariat. “Net X plan price” is only about $3k under full Msrp. Per the x plan Ford build sit.
Isn’t invoice a few $$$k less then this?
what am I missing on a $66k truck.........

There are a few sites out there that you can build and compare invoice vs msrp. X Plan will be very close to invoice.
When I was pricing things out it seemed about 5% off MSRP was what invoice and xplan would get you.
