Why is the VIN tracker not working now??

Doesn’t inspire confidence in the sync system. Ford seems to be over their head with tech at times.

that happened to me all the time when I ordered mine. I think they got high school boys updating after class. Its a Friday so they got girls on their minds not trucks.

What tracker are you talking about? All the ones besides the one on Ford.com got shut down. Ford removed the API that was powering them. Consensus is they are not coming back and that the API was removed on purpose.

The one on Ford.com has been glitchy ever since too. Showing options that werent ordered and combinations of options that arent even possible.

Ford's website. It was showing the build date of 12/20. Now this is what pops up
