Hey guys just ordered my (7/14/22) 2022 Tremor Lariat white with 7.3L i can share my build sheet later don't have on hand. Unfortunately i was unable to view any tremors on the lot heck i couldn't even find an F250 in my area. Basically i went off the pics in the build and price plus some stuff I've seen on YouTube and now looking back the interiors don't match some show black handles some show tan, black seat belts with either color? The console armrest if seen both ways... Is steering wheel black with both trims?... I feel like i based my decision on having tan in my current black f250 but no experience with black leather. Now looking back i feel like everything is black and white with my build but it has tan seats.... In the past i felt like they had 2 different interiors based on if you picked light or dark leather now it seems 1 interior but 2 seat colors well and matching headliner. Can anyone chime to give their knowledge on if the builder is pretty accurate?
1. Any experience with light vs dark leather? i live in SC
2. Any knowledge of another interior other than the shown black/gray/chrome?
3. General thoughts of white truck everything blacked out but light leather?

Thanks!

I recently had an all white expedition with tan leather interior. Stayed much cooler than my grey f150 with black leather.
I live in Houston and have an Oxford White Lariat ordered with tan leather. I don’t understand why every vehicle on the lot here has black interior, just too hot.

I would have loved the baja interior but it was not available with the carbonized gray

I Live in SC as well and have always had black interior. I have only ever had a Tan Interior on my Range Rover and it got to dirty for me. I have a 22 F250 Lariat ultimate on order that is Star White with Black out and Black Interior build week 7/26

I've had a tan interior before with f150. It gets too dirty and worn looking after extended usage. Downside with black is it gets super hot when it sits outside baking in sun.

The dirt and wear was a part of the reason I didn't go King Ranch (other part was cost). Love the look of the interior, but wanted the visual durability of the black leather. Speaking from concern, not from experience, though. Had heard about bad experiences like that.

I'm a big fan of the Baja interior. I don't like black interiors personally. I spend a lot of time in my truck and hate how dark and dungeon-like it can feel after a while when the black interior absorbs all the light. The Baja tan looks real slick - a shade darker than the previous light camel tan. Apparently tan leather is typically a higher grade than what is used for black leather, just because the black can hide more imperfections. If you treat the leather once in a while it should hold up very well. I use a temporary cover for when I'm real dirty after a day's work so that it doesn't transfer to the seat. If you end up with tan, may want to have a temp cover if you often enter your truck caked in grime. Still should hold up real well.

This. I have tan leather in my 2008 Tundra. I went with black on my 2022 Tremor.

Both colors look very nice on a white truck.

Nobody knows exactly what the interior details of the 2022 will be as none have been delivered yet. It does seem to have a lot more black pieces in the tan interior, probably to ensure durability of high wear areas.

I don’t think you can go wrong either way here. Go with whatever jumps out to you. Or flip a coin.

I have a little dog that insist on going everywhere with dad. My wifes car has a light beige interior. I can see his paw prints on the seats after every trip we make to Twisty Treats. They're not nearly as noticeable on the trucks black seats.

If they had baja available for MY 2021 I very well might have saved a few bucks and ordered a Lariat. The prior tan is just too old man-ish, no offense to those of your with it. Looks like the inside of a 2005 Lincoln, Buick or Cadillac.

I'm just kind of over everything in the world being black, grey, or white - vehicle exteriors, vehicle interiors, house exteriors, house interiors, house decor, and so on. Give me GD color again, and in the case of my rapid red/stone gray KR with the java interior... I did in fact do just that.

I went with the dark marsala option on the white, I like it so far, we'll see how it holds up over time. I'm pretty good at detailing the interior to keep it clean. we'll see how it holds up, durability wise

I actually like the Baja interior, and according to Ford, it's an enhanced leather. However, what's frustrating is that the Baja interior can't be selected with the black appearance package. I ordered the carbonized gray, but its only available with black interior. I initially selected Iconic silver which you can get the baja, but then as soon as you select the black appearance, the baja goes away and reverts back to black onyx.
But the baja can be had with the Lariat sport appearance and Iconic silver.

The baja interior is limited for selected colors w/out the black appearance package

I really appreciate everyone's personal input on the questions and all the responses i got so far. I've been lurking here gathering info for the past month or so and seems to be a great group of people! I'm coming from a lifted f250 and have been labeled from all the other forums as having a lifted truck so i shouldn't be towing or that was the answers to all my questions. Very frustrating but that was my choice. Its amazing that Ford developed such a badass truck from the factory but still managed to keep all the towing specs intact. For these reasons I'm retiring my old 6.0L and ordered a Tremor. Couple years ago this would have been my dream build and now Ford has made it a reality. I'm still going back and forth i have the light tan in my 2005(black truck) and they have quite some wear and i can see what people are describing. I felt like the black just went with the white and black theme but at the same time see where others say the Baja breaks things up and is a shade darker than the old light tan. I'm leaning more towards the Baja now after thinking black yesterdayo_O ugh...
Someone said the Baja is enhanced leather? Is this just a higher quality or is this a hybrid leather? Was the Baja available in the 2021 tremor or F150?
Cheers!
