What did you do to your Tremor today?

Did this today
I’m digging it

I just took my awesome Fuel Beast wheels off and put the factory wheels with the Duratacs back on. ( snow in forecast ) Probably get a dusting snow and the town will dump more salt on the roads than we get in snow.

I picked this up from a guy on Craigslist. He bought it for his 2017 and his wife hated it and made him sell.. pretty new and in great shape. Just dusty from sitting in his shop for a while. Gonna clean it tomorrow and throw it in!

I also ran sealant around my bed seams to keep out undercarriage dust.

@19mystic96 I have watched videos on these and the drawers only seem to come out ~2/3 of the way. Since they are inserted from the front when assembling, what is the feature that physically limits the opening? Something interacting with the lower rollers perhaps?

Just curious, that was one thing that seemed to be a "con" with this system...

Thx

You’re correct. They only open about 2/3 of the way. The way the drawer is molded, there’s a stop build into them at that point. I’ll post more pics tomorrow for you when I put it together. I have a couple ideas that I might try When I have more time to play around with them and see if I can’t make them open farther.

I agree though, I consider that one of the few cons to it, but I wanted to have the ability to store stuff that stays with the truck in a safe place without taking up room in the cabin. I have a German shepherd and a newborn who occupy the back seat now, so storage in there is limited when the 2/3 of the seats are folded up.

Here’s an update with pictures.

You’ll see the wheels on the bottom of the drawers ride in the groove on each side of the drawer it self. When it gets to the end of the “track” the groove just ends and that’s its means of stopping. There’s also a detent in the end of the drawer bottom to keep it open when it is fully open. Attached are also some pics of the dimensions open and accessible, and what’s still under the top of the system.

I have a couple ideas to make them come out farther, but that will come in time, which I’m kind of short on currently.

Thanks for the follow-up! Looks good installed!!

Minor stuff today in the electronic world of Forscan...

1) I finally changed my TPMS settings to 40/40psi fr/rr. I wanted to wait as the temp got colder and see what would trip the low pressure light. My F250 was set at the factory 60/70 and I have been running 50/60psi fr/rr. The light finally came on when one tire hit 47.

2) Turned on my Navigation in motion and went for a drive to verify function.

Update... Speed limit sign looks normal - maybe this is due to sync4 or maybe it was changed prior. I had read that some had a European style speed limit symbol after making this change:

So-went to pick up a pallet and they told me I had two, well with the transfer tank/tool box it was a little dicey. So made up my mind- no more tool box.

I have car seats so under seat storage is useless to me since I can’t lift the seats. Came up with these guys. Hoping they don’t slide around

I just installed my Limitless Autoworks mirror spot override. Can’t wait to use them tonight! Easy install! Took longer for me to get the old plug out than it did to trim it and install new one. 😆

Replying to myself... I actually got off my behind and learned today that the TPMS will indicate when the tire is 25% below recommended pressure. In my case 45psi (front). Mine threw the light at 47 - which I will assume is within the accuracy of the sensor.

Edit: I found references to both 20% and 25% so used the range. I did not see a specific value called out in the owners manual.

Edit2: I modified my post to just indicate 25% - seems like that is the recognized standard.
