What’s on your Smoker or Grill today?

What’d ya season them with?
Brined overnight, salt, pepper, little vinegar and water. Then rubbed with melted butter, salt and pepper. Put some onions and salt and pepper in the cavity. On the smoker at 325 for a couple hours till the red thingy popped out. Baste occasionally with the juices.

Unfortunately not today but now Im hungry......

One is never enough!

I'd would have to genuinely like who I shared that meat with, otherwise it would be all mine! Looks delish! I'm lucky to have found a good source of elk and wild boar meat for around $5/lb (ground), it's 2 hours away so I get 20# of each a few times a year.

My wife just surprised me with this, early Fathers day but she wants me to do some cooking. So I need some suggestions on what to pick up at the store and make. There are thousands of recipes in the APP.

If you like wings these are great and easy.I follow all of malcoms recipes and use his seasonings.

This will go on my smoker tomorrow, today was all prep day. Five pounds of venison kielbasa and 10 pounds of venison bacon. For good measure, though it isn’t getting smoked, I have 2.5 pounds of venison chorizo as well ready to go.
