One of my favorite hobbies is smoking ribs, chicken, Boston butts, trout. My wife wanted Pecan smoked ribs and I was the man for the job!
These have been on the smoker since 11 am..they are dry rubbed with a Kansas City favorite. I know there are plenty of Tremor Brothers and Sisters who enjoy Grillin and Chillin ? around the Smoker. Post up a few pics and recipes! ??????

Just a steak and some smoked twice baked potatoes. If anyone doesn't know a book called "Project Smoke" is an awesome cookbook. Explains alot of principals of smoking and grilling alongside excellent recipes. Covers all the different types of grills and smokers also and changes needed for each recipe with different ones.

Also have to brag it was 75 degrees and awesome here in California. Sucks to have to be at work though.

I like to smoke sausages in my WSM 14.5" ... perfect size for just about anything I want to smoke (unless I have a large party). I have some killer kielbasa meat frozen & waiting to be stuffed into casings. Was able to get a few links stuffed with the Kitchenaid, but it's just not worth the effort, cooked those up fresh without adding the Cure to it - friggin delicious. Can't wait to thaw out the rest of the batch, add the Cure and smoke it after I get my new dedicated stuffer. Delivery time has been worse than waiting on my new Tramor!

Pizza, after washing the Tremor........
