When everyone says “huge improvement” what exactly do you mean? What improves exactly? Tracking going down the highway? Turning?
A rear sway bar reduces body roll, redistributing weight to the inside tire, and decreases understeer (in favor of oversteer.)
There are trade-offs, which the adjustability of the Hellwig seem to help balance.

I agree, im just wondering what the concern is that everyone seems to have with the tremors lack of sway bar in the rear. Ive lifted every superduty ive owned and always removed the rear sway bar. Never had an issue towing or driving I think it is more for those wanting to run a slide in truck...
