Weird bump in the driver side carpet

I have only had my truck a week and today when I got in the truck I noticed the carpet was raised on the driver side dead center of the floor mat. Does anyone know what this is? Kind of makes me worried.

Look under the Truck at your floor pan and make sure the rubber grommet is in the hole where your lfet pinky toe would sit
