Got a foam cannon for my pressure washer as a lot of car washes around me barely fit my Tremor. The one that does has a reputation for not keeping their clothes clean and scratching paint which on my black truck is concerning. Hence the foam cannon.

I’ve got some chemical brothers tough mudder my wife picked up last fall on clearance at a local store for $5 on clearance for a big bottle.

When that runs out I’m looking at chemical brothers extreme wash and wax as it gets great reviews and for its 2 for 1 ability.

At some point I’ve considered getting starting when it gets nice out to use Jescar power lock as a base.

In past I’ve used Collinite 845 for its ease of use, long lasting/durability.

For touch up I’m looking at Optimum car wax (which I’ve used before) or trying Shine Armour spray wax.

Ive also been recently reading about this product that has a power washer spray and ceramic coating wax product. Has anyone used it?

Sorry for long post. Just looking to keep truck clean but don’t have tons of time so want to keep it efficient.

Jescar power lock + with collonite over top is a great combo I’ve used it for years they play well together (some chemicals don’t) in my opinion nothing beats a properly applied top end ceramic coat, probably against popular opinion but I don’t like or use foam cannons I use a 2 bucket system with grit guards by hand

That’s awesome to hear! I’m glad to hear first had experience. How often do you find you apply the Jescar???

I've rotated between a foam cannon and two-bucket method. Seems to be doing great for me. Now what's been awesome is the ceramic coat "spray-wash" product Griot's Garage Ceramic Wash & Coat. This stuff after three-four back-to-back applications is AWESOME.

Here's my process...pressure wash off the vehicle, foam cannon or two bucket wash, then apply the Ceramic Wash & Coat (by hand or using foam cannon).
Now this does make for a LONG wash day. After doing this ceramic application for 3-4 applications, you can SEE the difference after just the pressure wash prep work. At some point you can skip an ceramic application cycle a time or two. Just do the ceramic application as part of the normal wash until you are happy. I've started adding the Ceramic Wash & Coat for use with the foam cannon which helps out a TON for time saving. It still needs a hand wash/microfiber wiping process for best results. Even the vehicle plastics look great.

I'll be doing "battleship" maintenance this weekend as a matter of fact.  🇺🇲 🇺🇲 🇺🇲 🇺🇲

if you have a Blue Beacon any where close. 18wheeler was, does cars, trucks, trailers & RVs, etc.

spray only
no touch

undercarriage, wheel wells & motor too

they do a pretty good job

My only problem with car wash centers or services is the tend to use an acid (maybe the wrong term) based product that strips through must stuff....including any vehicle wax you have put onto the surface.

Agreed: “a properly applied top end ceramic coat”. Will make cleaning much easier. “Properly applied” does take a lot of prep time but worth it. We put that sh@t on everything. SxS, boat, house windows, etc.

Only draw back as my son noted after we played in the mud with his black T and all the mud slid off the off the truck: “No parade lap through town”😁

You gotta be careful too bc some lack good filters and even though touchless they're just now high-pressure wet sandblaster

Yep key word PROPERLY prepped lol paint needs to be 100% perfect, I’ve had 4 shoulder surgeries so my arms just can’t handle it anymore the ceramic coat makes it much easier on me to clean my vehicles

I use a foam cannon with mostly chemical guys stuff but I'm also a big fan of various griots products such as iron decon for our brake dust, their pre wash bug and tar, then I go in with chemical guys foam of choice mixed with Griots ceramic wash and spray.

The tricoat white really starts to pop.
I use a single bucket however I do have a grit guard at the bottom.

Griots ceramic wash is great in your standing shower on your glass panels. Really rights soapscum build up btw.

How does it do on natural stone? I ask because I have a huge shower with natural stone

Not sure but I apply it to our textured wall tile. I clean the whole shower with a powered Ryobi using cleaner of choice (such as bleach or a shower cleaner) then I use a small bucket to mix the griots ceramic wash and cleaner in. Then dip the tip (haha @Optimus ) in of the Ryobi power head and go over the glass and walls then rinse it shortly after. Wife said she loves it and seems to last a while...

She might also just be excited I'm cleaning the shower and not her??

Jescar Power Lock Plus and Collinite 845 is the ultimate combination! Have 2 layers of each on the other toys--the Tremor is due for TLC. Probably going to need a decon wash and polish first at this point since I've let it go.

That's exactly right. If the chemical is not pH balanced, it will strip waxes, sealants, etc.

We use Swift touchless shampoo, not cheap, but it is safe for ceramic coating on the Tremor.

foam cannon on and pressure wash off
