Hey everyone, I am running into an issue locating a replacement trim piece on the front end of my bumper.

I recently picked up my 2021 F250 Tremor from the dealership and I had them install the Warn winch; but when I went to pick the truck up, the plastic trim to the right of the winch that covers the adaptive cruise control sensor was missing. I asked the dealership where that piece was and they responded with "it no longer fits with the winch installed and we cant find a replacement.". Has anyone else ran into this issue? I find it hard to believe that Ford hasn't come up with replacement part if the original trim piece for the ACC no longer fits with the winch installed. If anyone has a similar set up or knows the part number to that replacement trim piece would be super helpful. Thanks everyone for your help!

I really dont think they would design it this way, I really think they are full of it . possibly correct cover for this is not available right now , I would search parts direct and look up the part # and order it yourself

I thought mine was bad but that is the worst install I have ever seen!? Sorry brother. They should be ashamed of themselves! They trimmed off too much and owe you a whole new trim piece. They will need to trim it properly this time.

This is mine and they trimmed off too much leaving a hole where the adaptive cruise control should be.

They should have reused the part with some trimming. I made sure my dealership knew what to do. I am very happy with mine

I have the Factor 55 part coming so I can loose the hook.

Which Factor 55 part are you using to replace the hook?

This is what I did! Have the straps and D ring shackles in a bag under the rear seat. No more rattle with the hook on the tow hooks. Clean look and matching Velocity blue part.

Correct me if I am wrong but I think the assumption that dealers are trimming
off too much plastic is inaccurate, I installed my own winch and trimmed nothing,
however the plastic piece does not cover the adaptive cruise area, The trucks w\o
adaptive cruise must have a different length trim piece.

My dealer installed my winch and did the same fucking thing. Looked like shit. I told them to go dig the trim out of the trash and figure out how to clean up the install. They fixed it correctly like the other pics on the thead.

My dealer installed winch.
Just an oberservation that I haven’t seen posted yet. It looks like the 7.3L has the longer trim while the 6.7L gets the gap. I wonder if the 7.3L trim piece would fit on the 6.7L

Just kidding. I ran across @kingdeserttremor and @Perhayes on another page and I believe they both have the 6.7L but Perhayes appears to have the longer trim piece.

@Perhayes, anything special with your winch install?
