So does all the SD trucks have those or only the ones with the optional in bed plug ( 5th wheel/gooseneck)?
For guys without the option it would seem to be a nice place to draw power if it is there.

Well those are the disconnected ones and they are there on my truck too so i bet it will be there for you too. The hot should be good but sometimes these wires end in a controller looking for a trailer by checking for draw so its not as helpful for switching things like reverse lights on.So does all the SD trucks have those or only the ones with the optional in bed plug ( 5th wheel/gooseneck)?

I have the same harnesses under my truck, no in-bed plugs or prep packages. I actually just pulled them apart, greased them to keep water out and put them back together.
