UnderCover SwingCase Truck Storage Box

Is there a manufacturer making a similar tool box to the UnderCover brand, except not a cheesy plastic? I love the concept, just hate the reviews I see. Diamond plate or other metal would be awesome. I've done some searching but have not run across anything yet.
