I park inside our attached garage. I have about 18" to spare. When we built our custom home in 2016, I made sure we put on 8' tall doors and built the garage to be long enough to hold a crew cab truck with room to spare!

Mine fits in my shop no problems It is much taller and longer than its replacement I don't want to keep it outside if at all possible.

In my heated garage!!

Mine lives in the Garaj Mahal unless there is a big project underway.

My wife sleeps inside, my truck outside; although, if she doesn’t behave I might switch that up.?

Right now it’s outside. But we start digging a foundation on Monday. Come fall, it will be in the garage with 8 foot doors, which of course was an UPGRADE! I hear that phrase from my builder 12 times week! Oh you want bulbs in the lights? That’s an upgrade.

Inside.

Mine is stuck on the Ford production line and I was planning on a new garage to store it, but now that I'm sitting at home (but still working) I'm wondering if I need to conserve cash for another year. Do you suppose the builders, lumberyards, and concrete companies are dropping their prices? I was getting pretty high bids two months ago. Upwards of a $90k for a 36 x 24 and 11 foot high doors (so I can drive in with a pop-up camper), $36k for a 34 x 24 and 8 foot high doors (have to take the camper off, put it on a dolly, and shove it in the back) or 30 x 20 for probably a few grand less.

Unfortunately it’s outside for now! We are planning to build a new garage soon!
I do miss my other garage I built that was 52x50. This included the sheltered eves. Heated space was 32x50.
Pic of old garage!

Isn’t that what life’s about? Now we live in a new to us home and time to build another toy box, for my toys! Let the fun begin!
