My buddy just bought all Tremor take off part’s from a guy who did a Carli kit lift. He owns a 2018 Super Duty.

Has anyone heard of the tremor lift kit parts and suspension parts fit the previous model Super Duty? They’re damn near identical so I can’t help but to think it’ll work…

My understanding is the Tremor sits at the same height as the 17-19 Super Duty's. The lift is because they lowered the 20+ Super Duty an inch and the 35" tires give you a lift.

So if you were to swap it out, and if it fit (can't help you there) I don't think you would see any height difference. You may get a slightly better ride because of the Tremor's shock tuning, but that tuning is very mild.

So I guess what I'm saying is: even if it would fit, I don't think you would get much value out of it?

Thanks for the reply, it was a buy my take off wheels tires and running boards and all these suspension parts are free kind of a purchase. So he’s happy just doing wheels and running boards but now we’re thinking he could use them.

My truck sits higher than his when parked next to each other (likely tires).

I’ve scoured the Internet seeing if anyone’s tried it, but no luck. Would love to hear if anyone has tried it.

If not I’ll have him guinea pig it and I’ll report back.

Did your buddy install the suspension system and everything fit without issue?

I’ve got someone interested in my takeoffs but they have a 2019.

I'm not sure that you would see much of a lift installing tremor springs and rear block on a 17-19 SD. Maybe a half inch at the most. Possibly more if your springs or super worn out. I think at least 1.5" of the "lift" from the tremors comes from the tires and the front springs and the 350 height rear block give it that rest of the "lift"

Aside from any height changes, is everything direct bolt on or are there modifications required?

Sounds more like “take all the stuff I don’t need and save me from throwing it away.”

He ended up installing the wheels, running boards and shocks. It’s basically the same height so the other parts were useless for the 17-19’s.
