You sound like my wife. I've tried saying "no" twice. Twice I've failed. I even truly really tried to prevent the most recent. Failure on my part. She always ends up being right though I love them all!

PS: I don't say no out of dislike for pooches, it was both just a bad timing type thing, but we made it work.

I just tell my wife and kids we are a one dog family and if they want a different one they should go have a chat with our current one

Belle, my Tremor dog just passed away on Aug. 5th, heart failure. She was 17 but still pretty spry. She was a small Pomeranian with a big attitude. She loved to hike with my wife and me. We'll miss her dearly. Go walk and play with your dog.

I lost my Duke January 4th, he was 13 years old.

This was the first time in 16 years that I was without a dog. After 5 months I couldn't take not having a dog any more. I found myself at the SPCA and found a new one to bring home to destroy it.

I now have a 1 year old mix named Simba. He was 75 pounds in early June when I brought him home. I think that he may be over 80 pounds now. He's a growing boy.

Beautiful dogs, What kind of dog is Duke? Very cool looking dog. I've always been a dog person. My dad used to breed Labs, so we were always around very cool dogs. It was hard to give them up when sold. They really grow on you in a short period of time. Enjoy Simba, they make such good changes in our lives.

Seems like a lot of us have lost our best friends lately. I had to put down my little boy on 7/31. Cancer got him, but he was 11. He was one of a kind. He loved to make us laugh. He was arrogant. He pretty much always figured he knew better than me. Maybe he did. I miss him damnit.

Our best friends are always our protectors and a step ahead in most situations. Beautiful little boy.

I'm so sorry ro hear that we lost our siberan about 3 months ago it the hardest thing ever. I feel for you and your family.
