How do you track purchase when dealers keeps saying, you’ll know when we know. Ordered Sept. 4.

You don't. Until a VIN is issued, there's nothing to track.

Once a VIN is issued, get on the SD Tracking spreadsheet and follow the progress through "In order processing", "In production", "built", "awaiting shipment", etc.

You won't find a lot of sympathy from me - I'm a 6/25 order date, and still waiting for shipping. There's guys that have it a lot worse than me, so I won't complain either.
