Finally getting down to maybe getting tires and rims...looking to get my tire a couple inches out the fender, any recommendations or setups on rims and what offset? Want to stick with stock suspension as well

I have 18x9 Methods with a -12 mm offset. Toyo MTs 35x1250x18s. Stock suspension. No rubbing at all. Sticks out just very slightly.
