It reads to me like it has a manufacturer warranty but not a dealer warranty, which is usually offered on vehicles outside of manufacturer warranty period.

That’s what I thought but it says under it in small letters “dealer will not provide a warranty for any repairs after sale”. Then the manufacturers existing warranty box is not marked. Only the used car warranty is checked.

They make more money on the used trucks and cars. The manufacturer warranty is intact and transfers. With that sticker they can probably con you into an extended warranty program in which they will make even more profit.
