Found this to be interesting. Such cool tech the screams Super Duty to me. Also, in one of the videos it shows a payload of 3500 pounds which is way above the F150s payload.

Let’s put a onboard generator in an f150 before we add it to the f250 and lineup! ?i 1000% see this happening ... why won't them it makes sense in all work truck to be standard
I think they usually do new tech in the F-150 lineup to validate it. Super Duty needs to be a more stable and reliable platform because of use case, so F-150 gets it first to validate the idea and work out the kinks, then it moves up.Let’s put a onboard generator in an f150 before we add it to the f250 and lineup! ?
One of the reasons why I got rid of my tundra. Couldn’t carry everything I needed. Nothing like splitting a pallet of concrete in half and having to make 2 trips.Saw a guy put a full pallet of concrete in the back of a F150 today. He needs this feature more than I do.
exactly ..It does sound like a useful and neat feature. The skeptical side of me says it will break or be inaccurate over time. And with the remote monitoring and tech on these trucks it could be used against you in an accident.
Yes! I hope we get this in 2023.Let’s put a onboard generator in an f150 before we add it to the f250 and lineup! ?
You know they sell tongue weight scales right? They're like $120.I'm always wondering what my trailer tongue weight is, so I think it would be awesome technology to have. Likewise when we travel it would be nice to know exactly what weight is in the back + hitch weight.
I wouldn't want to share that information back with Ford though!
This calibration process seems like witchcraft:Anyone using this? https://www.curtmfg.com/betterweigh
Seems like it’s just an OBDII reader and software. No hitch hardware?
If interpreting correctly it implies all vehicles since 2008 can monitor loads no matter whether they’re showing it to us.
