Serious flexing going on here for Tremor of the Month....
Sorry this isn’t a Tremor, but more of a color comparison of Blue Jeans to Antimatter Blue. You can also see the height change between 2019 and 2021
Thank you for sharing with the collective ?Found the first AM blue in my market... on anything, Super Duty or otherwise. Just so happened it was a Super Duty that was the first to come in at any area dealership.
These photos were taken at about 12:30 pm, under a nearly cloudless sky, with one side of the truck turned to face the south fall/winter sun. Basically as much sun hitting the paint as is possible in late November. Sorry for the glare on the one side, but I was trying to catch what it looked like on the non-sun side.
So AM blue is functionally a black with lots of blue metallic. I mean I'm sure the base still has blue to it, but basically a blue-black. For perspective, since this just came in it was located on a back lot. As the sales guy was driving us around trying to find this truck we came upon it and everyone thought this was just another black truck. We were 10 feet away to the side with the front end still facing the sun at that time. Had to get out and walk right up on it to see the sun hit the metallic to confirm it wasn't just black. It's almost identical to BMW's Carbon Black.
It's a gorgeous color, just unsure of it on a heavy duty pickup with the surface area of a small RV.
Thanks for the description of the lighting timing with the pictures. I feels as if I know as much about how it looks, without actually seeing it as I possibly can.Found the first AM blue in my market... on anything, Super Duty or otherwise.
