Tesla Cybertruck

I think calling it fugly is being generous.

I see the idea of an around town EV has real merit. Except right now we live in a world where there are very few EV’s. That’s ok as long as there are very few EV’s. But for the market to switch to mostly EV’s in less than 20 years is like going back to the road network we had at the beginning of last century and asking it to cope with the number of vehicles on the road we’ll have in 20 years time.

At a time when the grid is struggling to cope with current demand, at a time when the cost of copper is already soaring there seems to be no plans in place to deal with this. if going on long trips interstate, how long will the queues be waiting 50 minutes for each vehicle in front of you? Where will everyone park the trailers before going to recharge the vehicle or will people just block the whole station which has already happened?

Numerous manufacturers, numerous countries have said no ICE in less than 15 years. Where is the electricity going to come from and how is everyone going to be able to access it?

Pompey, how dare you? Greta has it all sussed!
