Tesla Cyber Truck - Real deal or Joke?

Anyone stay up last night to catch the unveiling of the new Tesla Cyber Truck? I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the design. I'm all about thinking outside the box, but I think this truck loses some practicality that is needed.

I want to think he’s priming us up for the real production version which will look similar....but who knows with that guy. It looks like a de lorean truck.

Hideous. To prime me for something like that he would have to poke my eyes out. Plus up here in Canada with long distances between towns and cold weather this thing is NOT practical. I am an ICE guy all the way love the sound, vibration, and smells.
Electric around town runabouts....... different story. I can see that but still not with my coin.
