Sync3 Doesn't always show CarPlay Screen

For some reason CarPlay doesn't always open for my primary phone. I have all the settings checked, but it just won't do it. I plug in my other phone and it does it fine. Just stopped working one day for my primary. There seem to be a lot of issues with sync3.

Yeah that’s typical and is a phone safety measure to make sure people can’t access your stuff by just plugging it in.

Is there a bad or dirty contact on the phone? Have you tried a different cable with the phone that doesn't work?

Yup tried multiple cables and it reads the cable and knows it’s connected, just doesn’t put the apple CarPlay screen on.
