2020 Tremor. I’m having some serious Sync 3 issues. My screen will just jump around and change radio stations and the navigation system will start jumping around to different city’s. Is anybody having issues with this? If so, what’s the fix?

Good morning. I have been fighting Sync for years on various builds and was having horrid problems on my 21 until I put things to version 3.4.20351 with both the GraceNotes and Voice files of the same package. The easiest way to get that is to use CyanLabs Syn3Updater. That version, by no means, corrects all the issues and bugs but so far has proven to be the most stable. The other part of this is before you update, perform a factory reset on Sync prior to upgrade and after the upgrade completes and you have verified the correct version is in use perform a factory reset again. From there turn off automatic updating. Once Ford finally pulls their head out of their dark place and fixes the bugs it is best to stay on the version you have until folks post messages on the CyanLabs forums that a specific new version works.
