Looking for suggestions, here’s what I’m looking for-

Trailer or 5th wheel even toy hauler (if 5th wheel, I’d want to convert to gooseneck)

Under 31’

Bunks. Will want to have space for 3 kids. Outdoor kitchen.

Quality brand- affordable price. Preferably under

What do y’all suggest I look into?

In the current market, I'm a fan of Outdoor Rv and Actric Fox Trailers. They make a few pretty cool smaller Toyhaulers. Remember the quality of the Trailers Frame, Brakes and Suspension are the backbone of a trailer.
Google Lippert Trailer Frames for a quick education.

I've read many good things about Lance, Outdoor RV, Arctic Fox, and Grand Designs.

The black series is interesting but may not have the sleeping capacity you are looking for!

We just picked up our black series hq17 and literally checks all you boxes. It has bunk bed, a table that turns into a bed and a queen size bed. Indoor and outdoor kitchen. Shower/toilet room and outside shower. Haven’t taken it out just yet but it looks very good.

Grand Design stopped making it but the 24MPR was a extremely cool set-up. Bumper pull, toy hauler and a 24-footer. The toy hauler portion had a separate sink and that’s where the bunks were. The toy hauler was also a rubberized floor with a sliding door and provisions for a TV back there too. I went back and forth for a long time between the 24MPR and the 21G Momentum.

The Momentum series are VERY nice and have the bunk that lowers down over the toy hauler portion and the bench seats are used as beds for us.

I’m a bit of a GD snob but there are a lot of other good camper brands. Black Series are super cool but also VERY purpose built (and the price shows).

This is not mine and not posting the link to try and help whoever this is sell it, just to give you some pictures/idea.

I have had this exact TT for the last three seasons. We have 6 kids between us, 4 are girls. Three are still home now, but we've been out with 5 of them before. The back bunkhouse is great as it gives the three girls an actual room and none have to share a bed. Quality-wise, it has been pretty good. There were a couple of little things that I dealt with after having it out for the first couple if trips. When I pull ours loaded, it is about a 900-1k pound tongue weight and pushes 1.2k if we are going somewhere and need to haul water.

It is a Keystone Passport SL 292BH
