Don't let these guys steer your efforts in the wrong direction... the correct priority is:

1. Dead Pedal
2. Dead Pedal
3. Dead Pedal
4. Easy-Fill / Flow-Thru Gas Cap for the 7.3 (similar to F150, Explorer, etc).
5. Ditch Lights

:p
Lol, the locking Tank Warden gas cap would come out way before I consider EasyFill, which invites vandals to contaminate still.

Bronco, I just received an email regarding the magnets. Are we ready to proceed for checkout? Confirming. Thank you.
Yeah, you got the email so of course. 😂

I don't live in an area where I am constantly worried about theft or vandalism like many of you seem to. That would get old, real fast.

So, for me, that a non issue, or at no more of a risk that already exists with the stock gas cap. I really do miss the Easy-fill cap I had on the F150 and Explorer (with the exception of the one time I had to fill from a gas can and didn't have the magic funnel piece... what a PITA). I feel like I've gone back in time having to remove a cap now!

If you reconsider, know that I'm a definite buyer for 3 of them!

EasyFill is patented. No chance unfortunately.

I tried four times and it won't process. All input info is correct. 🤔
You aren’t the only one. Will be looking into it when I get home.

Has nothing to do with that; different product. Would love to hire employees if I could, or an investor.
Check your spam folder! I’m sure there’s a Nigerian prince that would love to invest!

Working on developing a dead pedal/foot rest for 2017-2022 Super Duty, that will sit just outside of the travel arc and to the right of the parking brake lever. I think it will be a good compromise and still comfortable based on putting my foot in the planned spot.

For now plan is for it to be a no-drill install.

Adding a poll.

No plans for '23 and up until a truck gets generously donated 😂
I think we need to plan a weekend to hang out so you can use my truck to model products for the 23+ ... could also use your help getting a few things installed so win-win?

I'm afraid I'd need more than just a few days lol. Can you check if your '23 truck has the yellow 'High Mount Stop' wire by any chance? This one, located near the spare tire area:

I'll try and check tomorrow... its parked in the driveway and it is cold and wet outside.

Yes, but filler and neck assembly from F150 is available from Ford (around $180 street price) so possibly an adapter of some kind could be made to enable a swap into SDs (gas only, probably). Undoubtedly all kinds of EPA and CARB hoops to jump through and relatively small market (gas only SD), so likely too much PITA to be viable in the end.

I've been thinking of taking a look at that this futile project this Spring.... if a whole pile of time happens to fall in my lap for some reason (fat chance).

I believe you also need to change the filler door for the secondary seal... It's been awhile since I looked into this, however.

I'm excited that it looks like I can proceed without having to go through developing weldments, which should shave 3 months off of development time.
