Stock Tremor Height

I'm sure this has been discussed, but what is the height to the two fins on the cab? Trying to determine what margin, if any, in my garage.
83 inches ... barely fits in a 7ft garage

Probably should air down the rear at least to get under 84”. Removing some garage trim and seals are on my to-do list. I would like an inch of clearance.

Thanks! My garage entrance is 84 inches to trim piece, but weather strip hangs down 1/2 inch or so.
yea alot of people have removed that weather trim ....
someone did make there garage door opening bigger

Is 83 inches with full 80 psi air pressure in tires?

yes

i have 50 psi in my tires but i don't have garage

I don't think you will gain much if any if you air down to 50, side walls too stiff.
If you drop way down you could but thats like 10 PSI. I had to drop my pressure all the way down the first time I hooked up my 5th wheel ( the old truck was lower) and I was surprised at how much the truck did not drop as I let out the air.

My shop has 7' tall doors and it clears barely, check your weather strip as said and don't forget the arm for the electric door opener. Often the bracket needs trimmed or you will get a nice scratch down your roof. Door openers will also need to be adjusted so you get full opening. Sometimes they don't open all the way. Its an easy adjustment on many type openers.

Another thing to keep in mind is if you happen to change out tires. Not all 35" tires are truly 35" ????? I know this can be a minimal difference but none the less, it could mean the difference between fitting and well ....NOT fitting! LOL

I'm running 20" Fuel wheels with Toyo RT 35's, so I'm guessing my height is a little different.

YES!!!

funny how 35's are all different diameters depending on the brand.

Does anyone know if the 2021 Tremor is the same height as the 2020? I know the 2021 non-Tremor Super Duty was lowered 1 inch from 2020 spec.
2020 started the 1 inch lower from 2017 to 2019

I think I read somewhere that it is officially 84 1/4 inches high, but you will be getting varying heights based on load, tires, tire wear, etc. I measured mine to be just about 83.5 inches. Most people measure between 83-84.5 inches.

Also, don't forget to measure the length of the garage. Many residential garages are too short for our trucks.

Just out of curiosity, where did you measure to? Top of the roof or top of the rear dome antenna ? Remember you want "actual" clearance otherwise it can get expensive......

I took a piece of 2x4 from the garage and laid it on top of the shark fins, measured, flipped it over, measured again, and took the average. I measured twice because I knew the 2x4 was slightly warped. The difference between the two measurements wasn't that far off.
