I'll start out by saying I have not read the owner's manual yet. I just picked up my truck a couple of days ago. As far as I can tell I have my seat heaters set to OFF, but when I remote start it and go out 5 minutes later, the seats are very warm (too warm for me) ... both driver and passenger seats. It's still around 32F around here so it feels good initially, but I think I have them set to OFF --- the next touch of the controls puts them on high (3 bars). 3 bars, 2 bars, 1 bar, OFF? Right? What am I missing here or could I have a defect?

Go to your settings on the touchscreen. I think it is in auto start. You can make adjustments there.

Thanks, I've been busy with work this week and have only spent 10 minutes inside the truck exploring it and also maybe 45 minutes of drive time. I'll check that out this weekend. So autostart may have a setting that automatically warms your seats? Good in the Winter but not in the Summer! LOL!

remoting starting turns on all the heat settings like the heated seats, mirrors and windows and heated wheel, its great
