Running board Question

As I wait for my Tremor…can the stock running boards move back towards the bed at all. Would help unload items close to the cab if there was a step there. Curious

Looks like they don't have much flexibility in their locating setup. Depending on your level of mechanical ability there is plenty of room to put an offset plate between mount and running board to move it backwards. Probably loose some strength in doing so.

Be a nice product to have a matching small running board step for the bed area. I just climb the tire. Those days may be numbered though.
